Delivery methods

Delivery time from the moment of ordering is 3-8 working days (in stock). The approximate delivery time is displayed on the product page. Products that are currently out of stock can be backordered.

Storehouse.ee offers parcel delivery only by courier!

By courier to your home or office

The time of delivery of goods is agreed with the customer in advance by phone. Home delivery of goods to the customer is possible between 9:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. Goods up to 30 kg are delivered to the customer's stairwell door. If the weight of the goods exceeds 30 kg, delivery is possible only if the customer helps the courier unload. Delivery to the floor is subject to an additional charge.
If the item is heavier than 30 kg or the longest side of the product is over 120 cm, the delivery cost for large items will be calculated separately and the customer will be contacted regarding the additional charge.

Delivery terms:

  • After the contract enters into force, the goods will be delivered to the ordered address in accordance with the order terms and conditions and at the time previously agreed with the customer.
  • Goods will be delivered within the estimated time frame suggested on the product page.
  • If Storehouse.ee is unable to deliver the goods at the previously agreed time for reasons beyond Storehouse.ee's control (the product is temporarily out of stock, the supplier is late), Storehouse.ee will inform the customer as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone within 3 working days from the entry into force of the contract and provide a new delivery time.
  • The courier company will deliver the products to the address you specified when placing the order. It is not possible to change the destination later.
  • Please ensure that the contact details provided when placing an order are correct to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of products. Tarmeco Trade OÜ and the courier company are not responsible for delays in the delivery of products and misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is due to inaccuracy or incorrectness of the information provided by you when placing an order.
  • The products will be delivered to you by the courier with a delivery note. Before signing the delivery note, we strongly recommend that you inspect the packaging of the products and, if there is any external damage, make a note to this effect on the courier's delivery note. Please report any damaged packaging to the email address info@storehouse.ee.
